We saw that the client had a product that customers wanted but their Facebook ad campaign structure was a mess. The campaigns were not set up to scale and the client was not able to easily see what was working and what wasn’t. LeadSmith got to work in three fundamental ways:

In Year 1, we increased the client’s ROAS to 4.5x, generating a revenue of $458K.

In the year of the COVID-19 pandemic, this client had to close all 5 of their restaurants and their business survived purely on what LeadSmith was able to generate for them online.

In Year 2, we maintained an ROAS of 4.5x while succeeding in doubling revenue to $868K, despite the global pandemic.
